Recommend a Friend

Just a few words to thank all of our staff who recently took part in our recommend a friend to Caledonia scheme!

Those who recommended a suitably experienced friend who has since worked for Caledonia, will find a nice surprise in their pay packet in the coming weeks - thank's again to all who particpated!

Mo’s Diploma

 Mo’s done it again!  That’s right, our very own Mo has now completed her Diploma in Recruitment Practice!  It took her a little over a year to complete all the essays and exams but she did it in style – getting a distinction no less!  Of course, now that Mo has all that free time on her hands, what is Margaret going to talk her into next? . . . Watch this space!

You might remember that we got a glowing report from Investors in People back in November but to make things even better they have given us a Bronze Award which, we are told, only two percent of companies in the world get – not bad for us girls in the office!  It really is a superb achievement and one which we owe mainly to having such a great team of staff.  Thank you all!

 To those of you who know Susan, she is no longer an Alexander but now Mrs Malamos!  Susan married Michael Malamos on 28 June – we wish you all the very best for a long and happy marriage together – CONGRATULATIONS!

Guide Dogs

 We did it!  After a busy 5 years of fund raising we have finally raised enough money for Guide Dogs that we are able to sponsor our very own puppy and even name it!  Please let us know all your suggestions, just now the top choice seems to be Caley – I wonder who thought of that!
