Investors in People
Investors in People accreditation is only awarded to companies that can prove that the people that work for them are their most important assets, and that they truly do invest in them.
Many companies strive for this accreditation.

Caledonia Healthcare meet all the level 1 indicators of the IIP framework, in that they work hard to:
Understand their customer and client needs and build their services and support to meet these needs.
They invest significantly in training support and performance feedback to ensure that staff capabilities continually keep pace or exceed the needs of clients.
Create an open and supportive culture which involves all employees in what the business is setting out to achieve and to recognise the individual contribution that each person is making
Build the close-knit team spirit within the office staff and workers in the field. This is building high levels of team working which in turn is leading to focus on high levels of service with a constant drive to continuously improve.
Use evaluation processes within the business to ensure they are focused on high levels of service.
Caledonia is a private company in the care sector, but it is the levels of service to their clients and the support to their workers which drives them.
