Care and Support at Home
Caledonia Healthcare provides respectful, practical and high quality care and support at home to older people and those with physical disabilities.

Our aim is to support those who use our services in a sensitive and professional way, ensuring that they are able to live the life they wish - respecting their beliefs, lifestyle, preferences and circumstances.

Our Support Facilitator will co-ordinate a ‘lifestyle plan’ which will provide a clear illustration of how the person wants to live and what we need to know and do to support them.

We work with the people who use our services to ensure that staff are appointed who are suited to the individual – based on the person’s wishes and needs – and who are appropriately trained, experienced and enlightened.
