Caledonia specialises in 24 hour home healthcare in and around the Glasgow area.
Every person is different and has different expectations of our service, so to appreciate your specific requirements, after your initial enquiry our trained nurse manager will arrange a time that suits you to come and visit you at home.
At the heart of our approach is Person Centred Care. This looks at the whole person and not just your age or your particular disability. Caledonia will endeavour to deliver the highest standards of care, where your dignity and individuality are respected and your independence encouraged.
Services are tailored to your individual needs and we place a real emphasis on placing the right staff to support you in your own home.
Once you are happy with the staff that we provide, you will have the choice of having a Plan of Care and Support in place if you wish. This is an important tool that demonstrates that you are being supported properly and your Caledonia staff will refer to it, so that everyone knows exactly what you require from the service. It is put together mainly by one of our nurse managers and others involved in your wellbeing, including your Caledonia staff, but the main contributor is you.
