Caledonia Healthcare places great emphasis on staff training
and development. It is important to us that we continue
to be acknowledged as a provider of high quality services
with caring, competent staff who are well trained in the
duties that they perform.
There are no charges to staff for training as it is our
company philosophy to help all our staff to develop professionally
and for this purpose we employ a dedicated full time training
manager.

all our staff are suitably skilled, knowledgeable and proficient
in their particular duties.
